HOW TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT
To schedule a routine or non-urgent appointment, please call the clinic directly during regular business hours. HUHS makes every effort to accommodate those who wish to be seen on any given day for a medical or mental health concern.  For specialist appointments please contact your Primary Care Physician.

TELEPHONE CONSULTATIONS
You may also wish to speak with a clinician to answer questions or concerns prior to making an appointment.

Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of a scheduled appointment, or the student will incur a charge. You may elect to receive an email reminder 24 hours before your appointment.

PRESCRIPTION REFILLS
If you need to renew a prescription you are advised to call your clinician or care team at least 48 hours in advance to allow time to process the request.
