Required Immunization Prices and Additional Information

Please refer to your School's designated Immunization Forms to determine which immunizations are required for admission to your program.

The prices in the table below are effective as of January 1, 2014 and are subject to change without notice.

Students at Harvard Medical School and Harvard School of Dental Medicine are also required to provide serological evidence of immune status to chickenpox, hepatitis B, measles, mumps, and rubella. These tests may be ordered through HUHS if they have not been completed prior to arriving on campus. Note: If the result of a serological test is negative (not immune), you will be required to receive the corresponding immunization above and to retest for immunity.
