WHEN TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT

It is our goal to provide you with top quality care so you can remain "at your best” while at Harvard, but you will need to let us know when you are experiencing something of concern.  It is important to recognize any physical or emotional problems and make sure you take care of them before they persist and become larger issues.  For instance, you may notice a change in your diet, sleeping habits or ability to concentrate.  If you experience any of these changes, or similar issues, consider contacting HUHS to make an appointment.  In addition, if you experience symptoms of an illness or have any non-urgent medical concerns, please contact HUHS to make an appointment.

HOW TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT

To schedule a routine or non-urgent appointment, please call the clinic directly during regular business hours.  HUHS makes every effort to accommodate those who wish to be seen on any given day for a medical or mental health concern.  You may also wish to speak with a clinician to answer questions or concerns prior to making an appointment.  Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of a scheduled appointment, or you will incur a charge.  You may elect to receive an email reminder 24 hours before your appointment.  If you need to renew a prescription you are advised to call your clinician or care team at least 48 hours in advance to allow time to process the request.
