SCHEDULE a clinical appointment:
Use HUHS Patient Online to schedule the following:
- 20-minute medical appointments
IMPORTANT: For routine physical exams, do not use Patient Online; instead, CALL your clinician’s office to schedule physicals.
- Immunizations
- Mental health initial telephone assessment (new patients only)
- Mental health medication follow-up with your current prescriber
- Travel consultations
Specialist Appointments
To schedule an appointment with a specialist, you must call your primary care provider for a referral.
Appointment Reminders
You may elect to receive an email reminder 24 hours before your appointment.
Canceling Appointments
If you know you will be unable to keep your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible so we may make the appointment available to other patients.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of a scheduled appointment, or you will incur a charge.
