It is important to recognize and address health problems before they persist and become larger issues. Contact your primary care provider’s office if you experience any health concerns. If you don’t have a primary care provider, call Member Services at 617-495-2008. 

Schedule a clinical appointment in one of the following ways: 

-CALL your primary care provider's office 
    OR
-Login to HUHS Patient Online 

Use HUHS Patient Online to schedule the following:
• 20-minute medical appointments
  (For routine physical exams, CALL your clinician’s office.)
• Immunizations
• Mental health initial telephone assessment (new patients only)
• Mental health medication follow-up with your current prescriber 

IMPORTANT: You cannot use Patient Online for routine physical examinations; call your primary care provider’s office to schedule physicals. 

Specialist Appointments
To schedule an appointment with a specialist, you must call your primary care provider for a referral. 

Appointment Reminders
You may elect to receive an email reminder 24 hours before your appointment. 

Canceling Appointments
If you know you will be unable to keep your appointment, please notify us as soon as  possible so we may make the appointment available to other patients.  

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of a scheduled appointment, or you will incur a charge. You may cancel any HUHS appointment by calling the department or through HUHS Patient Online.
