our Primary Care teams
At HUHS we are committed to providing each patient with complete, coordinated health care through a relationship with a particular Primary Care team.  This clinical team will assist you with all of your health care needs throughout your time at Harvard.  Our Primary Care team members also help to coordinate any necessary specialty services both at HUHS and in the Cambridge/Boston area.

  • Students with chronic medical conditions are advised to establish a relationship with the Primary Care team early in the academic year. It will be helpful to provide copies of medical records of health care received at other facilities.
  • How Our Primary Care Teams Work

Your Primary Care Physician

  • Students are encouraged to choose a primary care physician (PCP) early in the first term if one has not already been assigned (as with new students).
  • You may choose a PCP online, or contact Member Services with your selection.
  • You may change your PCP selection at any time for any reason.
