Physical Therapy

Physical Therapy is concerned with identifying and restoring maximum movement and functional ability due to injury, disease or the process of aging. Physical Therapy is available by referral from your Primary Care Team or from a specialist (such as an orthopedist or podiatrist). • Appointment frequency is dependent upon the plan of care as determined by the evaluating physical therapist, the standard of care, and medical necessity.
What To Expect
During your initial appointment, the physical therapist will assess your range of motion, strength, neurological assessment, motor control, posture and functional limitations to determine how to return you to your prior level of function.  We will work with you to set goals for your particular course of care and explain the manner in which we will reach those goals.
