Eye Exams

HUHS Eye Services offers eye examinations* and prescriptions for eyeglasses, sunglasses, and safety glasses.  The eye exam consists of refraction, dilation, and pressure-checking.  Ophthalmology services are available by referral if medically necessary.

Remember, even if you do not receive your care or eye examination at HUHS, you may order glasses or contact lenses through our Optical Shop or Contact Lens Service.

Services are available to anyone presenting with a valid Harvard ID.  Eye exam fee is $40.00*; payment is expected when services are rendered.  We accept direct payment by cash, personal check, Visa or MasterCard.  Term-bill and payroll deduction options are also available. Ophthalmology services are covered by the Student Health Fee (SHF) under the Harvard University Student Health Plan.
