Optical Shop

Our registered dispensing opticians have over 60 years of experience, offering attentive, expert, walk-in service.  We have a great selection and fast delivery of frames and lenses at excellent prices.  We are also very experienced in handling unusual and non-mainstream prescriptions, as well as challenging fittings.  The Optical Shop fills all valid eyeglass prescriptions less than one year old; an HUHS prescription is not required.

• Eyeglasses and sunglasses – For prescription or non-prescription needs; many styles available at competitive prices
• Protective prescription eyewear – For work, sports, and recreation, including safety glasses and swim goggles
• Computer glasses – To reduce eyestrain when working on a computer
• Adjustments and repairs – For many brands of eyeglasses, including eyewear purchased outside of HUHS 

Payment options: The Optical Shop operates on a fee-for-service basis.  We accept direct payment by cash, personal check, Visa or MasterCard.  Term-bill and payroll deduction options are also available.  Services are available to anyone presenting with a valid Harvard ID or HUGHP ID.
