Be well.  At the Center for Wellness at the Harvard University Health Services we focus on you by taking an integrative approach to the promotion of well-being and the restoration of balance through attending to the physical, emotional, and spiritual parts of each individual.  Innovative programs, services, and initiatives are designed with you in mind.  All are open to the entire Harvard community, including students, faculty, staff, retirees, and university affiliates.  Find your unique way of participating in your overall wellness; there are always opportunities here for you.
