You may use HUHS Patient Online to exchange secure messages with your primary care or mental health provider.
Secure messages should NOT be used for URGENT or time-sensitive concerns!
Also note that
- Secure messages will become part of your HUHS Medical Record.
- Replies to secure messages sent to you may be from your provider or one of his/her team members who may be covering.
- You will receive an email message notifying you if you have received a secure message from HUHS. The email will contain a link to HUHS Patient Online.
