To schedule a clinical appointment:
- Adult Primary Care appointments (follow up care and sick visits only)
- Student Mental Health Services telephone consultations (new patients only)
- Travel consultations
- After Hours Urgent Care (weekday evenings only)
To schedule an appointment with a specialist, you must call your primary care provider for a referral.
You may elect to receive a courtesy email and/or text message reminder before your appointment.
If you know you will be unable to keep your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible so that we can make the appointment available to another patient.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of a scheduled appointment or you will incur a charge.
