Pedometers

There are a variety of pedometers. The simplest ones record the number of steps you take each day. Other features include: calorie counters, clock stop watches, various colored cases and safety leash attachments.

Why Walk?

Walking is one of the easiest ways to be physically active. You can do it almost anywhere and at any time. Walking is also inexpensive. All you need is a pair of shoes with sturdy heel support.
