Smoking Cessation

Quitting smoking can be a difficult challenge but it can be done. The health benefits are enormous and begin within hours after quitting. Studies show that your chances  of success in quitting are highest when you get counseling (one- to-one group or telephone), support, and use tobacco medications appropriately. We encourage you to also talk to your health clinician.
