Ms. Matson-Keats has extensive background in children, adolescents, divorce, and custody issues, as well as court proceedings. She is trained in CBT, MCBT, MSC, and ACT, and is interested in the use of mindfulness and Buddhist psychology with adults and elder populations.

Her personal and professional interests include mindfulness, meditation, yoga, the use of animals for therapy, self-compassion, and exercise. Additionally, she is interested in adolescent health, anxiety, LGBTQ health care, depression, eating disorders, employee health, trauma and grief, and women’s health.
