Overview

Behavioral Health Services for enrolled HUGHP, Medicare, and Blue Cross of MA High Deductible Health Plan members who have an HUHS primary care physician.

  • Behavioral Health offers both onsite and telemedicine* visits.
  • Providers are available for scheduled telemedicine* and onsite visits during operating hours.

Available to patients with an HUHS primary care physician.

Interpreter Services

Harvard University Health Services can arrange for an interpreter during your appointment. Please make your request when you schedule your appointment.

Referrals

A referral from your HUHS primary care physician is not necessary to make an appointment in Behavioral Health. However, a patient can only be seen in Behavioral Health if they have an HUHS primary care physician.

Eligibility

Members and eligible dependents who are enrolled in the Harvard University Group Health Plan (HUGHP), Medicare members, and Blue Cross of MA High Deductible Health Plan members who have an HUHS primary care physician are eligible for Behavioral Health Services. In addition, please note that telemedicine appointments are only available to patients who are located in Massachusetts when the actual visit is conducted.
