How do I sign up?

There are two ways to sign up:

  • Visit the HUHS Pharmacy and ask to sign up for an online account. You will need to provide your email address and cell phone number (if you wish to receive text message notifications and use the HUHS Rx App). You will then receive an email prompting you to follow directions to complete the sign up process.
  • Go to the HUHS Pharmacy refill website and click on the "create account" link.

When will my account be active?

If you activate your account in person at the Pharmacy, the account will be ready to use as soon as you follow the emailed instructions to complete the sign up process. If you create an account online, the Pharmacy will receive the request and will activate your account within 1-2 business days.

How do I request a refill online?

Once you have an account set up and it has been activated by the HUHS Pharmacy, you can simply log in on the WinRx refill website to view your medication list and request refills by clicking on the prescription you want refilled and following the online prompts. There is also an option to enter the Rx number located on your prescription bottle.

Can I use my iPhone or mobile device?

Yes. You can download the HUHS Rx app (see How do I get the HUHS Rx app?), which allows you to access your online account using the same login information that you use for the website.

Can I scan the prescription bottle?

Yes. Using the HUHS Rx App you can scan the barcode on your prescription bottle to request a refill.
