Dr. Massicott has served as Director of the Medical Area Health Service since 1999. Prior to this role, he was a primary care physician at the Harvard Community Health Plan. Dr. Massicott has been actively involved in Quality Management at Harvard University Health Services (HUHS) and has contributed to a variety of HUHS committees over the years. He values building strong relationships with his patients during office visits, striving to understand their individual needs and help them make the most of their health insurance benefits.
