General Information

Currently, there are limited appointment types that are available to web book. For Primary Care and Urgent Care, please call (617) 495-5711 for assistance and scheduling.

Please do not walk into HUHS unless you have been instructed to do so. As always, if you are experiencing a medical emergency, please continue to call 911 or go to your closest Emergency Department.

Log into the HUHS Patient Portal to communicate with your providers, review the information that is available in your medical record, and schedule available appointments (appointment types are limited at this time).

Public Health Update

Due to elevated viral activity, health care staff throughout HUHS will wear a face mask during patient interactions. Patients seeking care who have respiratory illness symptoms, a known COVID-19 exposure, or who have tested positive for COVID-19 will be required to mask when entering HUHS. We strongly encourage that all patients wear a face mask.

HUHS continues to offer appointments for flu vaccination for students and staff who have an HUHS Primary Care Provider (PCP). Contact your PCP team to schedule an appointment. We are unable to offer flu vaccination to children. Please contact your pediatric provider for more information.

Commercial pharmacies are available for flu, COVID-19, and RSV vaccinations and accept most insurances.
