Flu Vaccine and COVID-19 Booster Update:
Both flu vaccine and the new, bivalent Moderna COVID-19 booster vaccine have arrived at HUHS!
Clinic Offerings: Harvard University Health Services offers vaccine clinics every Monday and Tuesday from September 19 to December 6, 2022 (no clinic on October 10), from noon (12:00 pm) to 3:00 pm, in the Smith Campus Center’s Mount Auburn Room on the 2nd floor. Clinics are offered at other Harvard locations too.

Who is Eligible: Individuals with a Harvard ID or a BCBS card for one of the Harvard-sponsored insurance plans are eligible to make an appointment and receive a vaccine through HUHS.
Scheduling Your Vaccine Appointment: To make, change, or cancel an appointment, do so through the HUHS Patient Portal.
If Scheduling a COVID Booster: Bring your CDC card with you. Limited COVID booster appointments will be available at each clinic.
High-Dose Flu Option: Those who are over age 65 are eligible for the high-dose flu vaccine. HUHS suggests discussing with their primary care provider to determine eligibility.

Currently, there are limited appointment types that are available to web book. For Primary Care and Urgent Care, please call (617) 495-5711 for assistance and scheduling.
Please do not walk into HUHS unless you have been instructed to do so. As always, if you are experiencing a medical emergency, please continue to call 911 or go to your closest Emergency Department.
Log into the HUHS Patient Portal to communicate with your providers, review information that is available in your medical record, and schedule available appointments (appointment types are limited at this time).

All Harvard students
Members of the Harvard community who receive care at HUHS and are 18 years and older
Dependents who receive care at HUHS
Which types of appointments can I schedule on the Patient Portal?
Schedule and cancel appointments for:
Initial telephone consults for students new to Counseling and Mental Health Services (CAMHS)
Nutrition visits at Smith Campus Center - for students scheduling an initial consult only
Sports Nutrition visits - varsity student-athletes only

If you would like to schedule an appointment with one of our specialty services, please contact your HUHS Primary Care Team for a referral.
