Notice on Medication Renewals
To ensure patient safety and continuity of care, our Primary Care team no longer accepts automatic external prescription renewal requests from outside pharmacies. If an outside pharmacy attempts to contact our office on behalf of the patient, their message will not reach the Primary Care team. Patients requesting a refill for an existing prescription should call the clinic at (617) 495-5711 or send a secure message to their care team.

General Information
Currently, there are limited appointment types that are available to web book. For Primary Care and Urgent Care, please call (617) 495-5711 for assistance and scheduling.
Please do not walk into HUHS unless you have been instructed to do so. As always, if you are experiencing a medical emergency, please continue to call 911 or go to your closest Emergency Department.
Log into the HUHS Patient Portal to communicate with your providers, review the information that is available in your medical record, and schedule available appointments (appointment types are limited at this time).
Public Health Update
Patients seeking care who have respiratory illness symptoms, a known COVID-19 exposure, or who have tested positive for COVID-19 will be required to mask when entering HUHS.
Please protect yourself, your loved ones, and the greater Harvard community by reducing your risk of contracting respiratory illness. Wear a high-quality face mask in crowded indoor settings, practice appropriate hand hygiene, and test if you feel unwell.
Who can use the Patient Portal?
- All Harvard students
- Members of the Harvard community who receive care at HUHS and are 18 years and older
- Dependents who receive care at HUHS

Missed Appointments
